The ability of the people to recover from setbacks and move ahead is a hallmark of the organisation's resilience - so important in growth!

To go out and learn requires one to risk being wrong, to risk being laughed at, to risk losing. Being comfortable putting oneself on the line to learn is key to growth.

Ultimately, to learn and grow, we need to move forward.We can do it in a planned approach, or an evolving approach. No approach is better, it just depends on the situation.

Rather than pronouncing that we know better, to get growth, we need to suspend judgement and instruction and uncover what is really occurring and working from there.
